How do I book?
Two ways. Hit Book Now, pick your service and a time, and you're on the schedule with a confirmation right away. Or text us at 828-548-0018 with what you drive, the package you want, and where you are, and we'll find a time together. RVs and campers are quote first, so text us your rig's length.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Nope. Booking is free. You don't pay anything until the job's done.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Give us at least 2 days' notice and there's no charge. Use the link in your booking confirmation or just text us. Cancellations with less than 2 days' notice have a $30 late cancellation fee, paid before your next booking.
How do I pay?
Cash or card, when the job's done. Not before.
Do you offer any discounts?
Book a second vehicle the same day and it's 10% off. We also run a seasonal special now and then, so text us to ask what's current.
What areas do you serve?
Hickory, Morganton, Lenoir, Valdese, Conover, Newton, Granite Falls, and Long View. Travel: Free in our home area. Small trip fee for some outer areas on jobs under $200. Not sure if you're in range? Text us your address.
Packages & pricing
What's the difference between the packages?
Exterior Refresh: A thorough hand wash to get your ride looking fresh again. Interior Reset: Every crumb, every cupholder, every vent. The Full Dad Treatment: Inside and out, done right. Our most popular for a reason. The Family Reset: Our deepest clean, for the cars that have been through it all.
What if my car is really messy?
Then you're in the right place. Messy cars are normal, and we don't judge. If it needs something extra, like the heavy mess fee (sand, mud, buried crumbs) at $50, we'll tell you the exact price before we start. You decide from there.
What vehicles do you work on?
Cars, trucks, SUVs, minivans, motorcycles, campers, and RVs. Got something else? Text us and ask.
Do you detail motorcycles?
Yes. Bike Wash & Shine is $85 and Bike Full Detail is $160. We come to you, same as with cars.
On the day
Do you come to my home or workplace?
Yes. Home, office, wherever the car is parked in our service area. Just tell us where to meet it.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Right now we use your outdoor spigot and a regular outlet. Most driveways are all set. If that's a problem where you're parked, text us and we'll figure something out.
How long does it take?
Exterior Refresh takes about 1 hour, Interior Reset takes about 2 hours, The Full Dad Treatment takes about 3 hours, and The Family Reset takes 4–5 hours. Bigger vehicles can take a little longer.
